Recently my aunt gave me some products by Carols Daughter to try on my hair. she has been natural for a year now and lives by these products. I also read and watched a bunch of good reviews both on Youtube and different blogs. this was a product I did consider trying, so I put it on my list. I tried the Lisa's Hair Elixir: scalp & hair health shampoo and then the conditioner. Let me just say that the clarifying sulfate free shampoo is amazing. the first thing I noticed of course was the smell. it was very pleasant. after soaking my hair with warm water I added a nice size of product onto my hair and worked it in. after five minutes of massaging the shampoo on my scalp I noticed a tingling sensation on my head. it felt amazing. therapeutic even. it was the first time I've ever felt a product actually feel like it was working. pretty amazing. During my transition, I wanted to use natural products on my hair to help maintain health and growth.  I knew there were plenty of products on the market to choose from and I knew that some of these products would work for me and some wouldn't work at all. I tried a few products and stopped at two that I have grown to absolutely love. I started using Alba Botanica  and later on  Organix . I use mostly Ogx and switch to Alba to use one in particular product if I chose. I wash my hair once a week using the Ogx Coconut water Shampoo & Conditioner. sometimes I like to use Alba's Hawaiian Coconut Milk Conditioner. I would massage it in for about 5 minutes and let it sit for about 5 minutes more before I rinse. the reason why I do this is because Alba's Coconut Milk Conditioner isn't light based like Ogx's Coconut Water Conditioner. I like to use a little coverup when I go out, especially If i'll be at a certain place for a long period of time. I work five days a week and I always wear a little foundation and my main problem was finding a foundation that would last for up to 5 hours.  Influenster sent me a full product to test the better skin foundation. the foundation color matches my skin tone perfectly. I am using coconut 95. the foundation goes on very easily as it is a light based foundation. I have very oily skin so there was a little shine on my skin after about 2 to 3 hours of wearing it but the foundation did not become super oil. the foundation still kept its density and clean finish.
