         Received  another fabulous Influenster voxbox. I was very excited as you can tell.                                   Say hello to the  COVERGIRL Melting Pout VoxBox! I received current nude 340 and ballerina 305 melting pout Matt liquid lipsticks to try. The formula smells amazing. Both were very pigmented and very much matte. My only con is with color ballerina 305. It went on a little ashy. This wasn’t a color for me but color ballerina 305 was perfect.  I did like the platinum top coat but I did think it was a little sticky. I liked the double platinum top coat better by itself without adding it as a top coat. it works better as a shimmery lip gloss. But that’s my own personal opinion. Recently my aunt gave me some products by Carols Daughter to try on my hair. she has been natural for a year now and lives by these products. I also read and watched a bunch of good reviews both on Youtube and different blogs. this was a product I did consider trying, so I put it on my list. I tried the Lisa's Hair Elixir: scalp & hair health shampoo and then the conditioner. Let me just say that the clarifying sulfate free shampoo is amazing. the first thing I noticed of course was the smell. it was very pleasant. after soaking my hair with warm water I added a nice size of product onto my hair and worked it in. after five minutes of massaging the shampoo on my scalp I noticed a tingling sensation on my head. it felt amazing. therapeutic even. it was the first time I've ever felt a product actually feel like it was working. pretty amazing. I also noticed that this product was able to make my hair really stretch. after ten minutes of the shampoo, I then added the 7 in 1...

During my transition, I wanted to use natural products on my hair to help maintain health and growth.  I knew there were plenty of products on the market to choose from and I knew that some of these products would work for me and some wouldn't work at all. I tried a few products and stopped at two that I have grown to absolutely love. I started using Alba Botanica  and later on  Organix . I use mostly Ogx and switch to Alba to use one in particular product if I chose. I wash my hair once a week using the Ogx Coconut water Shampoo & Conditioner. sometimes I like to use Alba's Hawaiian Coconut Milk Conditioner. I would massage it in for about 5 minutes and let it sit for about 5 minutes more before I rinse. the reason why I do this is because Alba's Coconut Milk Conditioner isn't light based like Ogx's Coconut Water Conditioner. Currently enjoying the lipstain trend. here are a couple that I have now. three of the smooch proof lipstains by NYC and two lipstains by Sephora.  The difference between the two are: The NYC smooch proof lipstains are a pigmented blend that stains your lips making them look naturally pigmented. unlike the Sephora lipstains which are a cream lipstain with a glossy finish.  In the two photos I am wearing Sephora's rouge veloute. It's fast drying but has a smooth glossy finish so it doesn't look or feel dry on your lips.

I like to use a little coverup when I go out, especially If i'll be at a certain place for a long period of time. I work five days a week and I always wear a little foundation and my main problem was finding a foundation that would last for up to 5 hours.  Influenster sent me a full product to test the better skin foundation. the foundation color matches my skin tone perfectly. I am using coconut 95. the foundation goes on very easily as it is a light based foundation. I have very oily skin so there was a little shine on my skin after about 2 to 3 hours of wearing it but the foundation did not become super oil. the foundation still kept its density and clean finish.

I know it's been a very long time since my last post, but I've been invited to a challenge. One thing I like about challenges is that they encourage you to get up and actually do something.
