My thoughts on "Mama"

I don't think it was bad, just predicable. it had some nice little scares here and there. the storyline was also interesting with a couple flaws. like, these children survived years in a cabin in the woods by a ghost who fed them cherries. I don't think so lol I would say that Mama kinda reminds me of the tooth fairy in Darkness Falls. remember that movie? well same premise. at least I think so. I mean the way both characters look and how they move are both similar. also the horrid moans they make.  I hated the ending. it made me cry:-( I always thought that displaying the pain of children or even having them suffer in movies is a bold move. its not something you see often in films. maybe because its very difficult to watch. It was kinda weird when the movie ended. I got up out my seat and saw a little girl who had just watched it with her mom. I thought to myself "I wonder how this kid feels about the ending" . I'm sure she had nightmares that night. S

Maybelline Color Show Nail Polish Review

I was in the makeup section in Wal-Mart when I first saw this nail polish.. I was attracted by the dark vibrant smooth looking colors. One of the two colors I bought to test out is Shredded Magenta Mirage color 40. My first impression of this nail polish was that the color looks amazing. When I first started to apply the polish to my nail I noticed how light and thin the shade was. I also noticed how quickly it dried and begin to crack. I’m guessing  that’s what “Shredded “ meant. After it completely dried I applied a second coat. after the second coat dried I added a clear nail polish to finish. after it harden it wasn't so bad. The clear coat even gave it a shine. There is no written info on the bottle other than the word “Shredded” that indicates the polish cracks. If you look closely you will see a picture. On one bottle you have the silver breaking apart. That must means the polish cracks lol. I had to figure this out myself. Pros: very true Magenta color. Co

Do you like tea?

Here are two really good tea brands that I have been drinking off and on for about 2 years now. Bigelow-Green Tea With Lemon This one is for you green tea lovers. I picked this one up from BigLots for about $4. the box comes with 20 tea bags. There are plenty benefits of drinking lemon tea. Most of them are for cleansing the human body and relieving any discomfort to a sore throat. The best time to drink a cup of tea is in the morning or on a freezing day out. Bigelow green Tea With Lemon has to be one of my top tea brands. I’m sure there are many other great brands but I’m familiar with this one and I find it very convenient to purchase at my local grocery store. Check out the official company website for more info on the product http://www.bigelowtea.com/Catalog/Product/37/48/18/Green+Tea+with+Lemon.aspx Stash-Chai Spice Decaf Black Tea If you like a more spicy flavor then this one is right for you. I picked this one up from Winn-Dixie for about $6. the box

Fight the Flu With Fruits and Vitamins

Stay healthy and fight the flu this winter with vitamins and fruits packed with antioxidants to boost your immune system. My favorite Immune builder is Bananas, Apples & Vitamin C. I have been flu free for 5 years now (no lie) I take the same vitamins and fruits year round that keep me protected. I have done this naturally without the flu shot for 5 years straight. Fruits fight the germs we're exposed to in the winter allowing you to fend off colds and the flu. some fruits that fight the flu are Apples, Cranberries, papayas, Grapefruit and Bananas. Fruits also reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer.  I also take a vitamin E pill everyday before or after a meal. The body needs vitamin E to help keep the immune system strong against viruses and bacteria. Here is some helpful information at ehow.com on fighting the flu naturally. check it out--> http://www.ehow.com/how_3453_fight-flu-naturally.html

Garnier BB Cream Review

I Finally had a chance to test out the Garnier BB Cream. Here is my quick review on the product and I must say, Its AMAZING!  I did some heavy research a couple months ago on the famous BB Creams ( there are so many) I even watched a couple youtube videos. it wasn’t until last night while in walmart that I thought to buy some. I passed a huge Garnier display and thought “lets give this a try”.  ranging from $9-$12 at any local retailer. color "deep" for oily skin. It comes compacted in its own  little box and travel size tube (easy to carry in a purse or makeup kit) what more could you ask for.  I feel like this is the only makeup I need, especially when I only need a little cover up for noticeable dark spots.  sometimes a lot of makeup isn't flattering. I tend to stay away from any heavy makeup as it clogs my pores. some foundations become oily and burn my eyes after a couple hours of wear.  I didn't experience any of that at all wearing the G
